FiscalStar suspends its ratings activities

As of 31 December 2009, FiscalStar has suspended its
financial sustainability rating activities until further notice.

The main reason for this decision has been FiscalStar’s inability to
secure ongoing financial sponsorship of its activities, following
termination of the previous sponsorship arrangement in the aftermath
of the global financial crisis.

FiscalStar thanks all those who have followed and supported
its activities since 2007.
